Adam was previously a founding team member and Managing Director at LionTree, a global investment firm specializing in advising and investing in companies across the Tech, Media, and Telecom sectors. Adam has built a reputation as a dealmaker with a passion for shaping the future of the digital economy, and in recognition of his accomplishments he was named to Variety’s list of Top Dealmakers in 2022.

Since 2012, Adam has initiated and executed transactions totaling over $135 billion, including landmark deals in the broadband space such as Charter’s $89 billion acquisition of Time Warner Cable and Bright House, Liberty Global’s $24 billion acquisition of Virgin Media, as well as transactions with Altice, Ruckus Wireless, and Suddenlink.

Adam is a graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and resides in San Francisco with his wife and daughters.

EYAL DONATH ZAFIR

Eyal’s career in broadband has come full circle. The summer after high school, Eyal worked in T1 tech support for Switzerland’s largest internet service provider, UPC Cablecom. Years later, he became an Investment Director at Liberty Global, the TMT-focused holding company that owned UPC Cablecom, where he helped manage a $3.5 billion portfolio, including assets like Virgin Media O2, Sunrise, Plume, and Tarana Wireless.

Before transitioning to full-time investing, Eyal gained operational experience in both banking and startups. He began his career at UBS and later became a founding team member and Vice President at vi.ai, an AI-powered video technology startup that was subsequently acquired by Outbrain.

Eyal earned a Master of Science and an MBA from Stanford University. He resides in San Francisco, where he is an avid tennis player and enjoys boxing and skiing.
